Because the nappy comes apart, you can re-use the outer 'shell' like a cover, replacing wet booster sets with dry ones, perfect for travelling or space saving in the nappy bag - makes it a very economical option as well. - bitti d’lish Snap in One's are super slim, quick drying All In One nappies with an outer of laminated minkee fabric and stay dry layer of custom milled super soft suede cloth next to baby. Absorbent material is not sewn into the 'shell' of the nappy to prevent wicking/leaking and allow for super fast drying.
- A unique snap in double booster system provides fantastic absorbency for such a trim nappy. The main bamboo/organic cotton booster snaps in at the back, folds in three and fits underneath the top booster. This top two layer bamboo/organic cotton booster is suede cloth topped, and shaped to ensure the boosters stay in place and bub's bum stays dry.
- Economical as well, if the shell of the nappy is not soiled, you can remove the wet boosters and snap in another set. The snaps on the boosters and nappy ‘shell’ are colour coded so you always know which booster goes where.
- Another clever feature of the bitti d’lish nappies is the ability to add an extra microfibre or bamboo mini booster to the nappy to increase absorbency for extra heavy wetters, or for extended wear. These snap on boosters stay in place through the wash, so no need to fiddle around with extra pieces. They can also be folded to the front for even more absorbency for boys and tummy sleepers and feature the itti bitti colour coded snaps should you wish to remove the boosters during the wash. We tried this combo on the heaviest wetters we could find and it passed the tests with flying colours!

Sizing
itti bitti nappies are very very trim and look so small that you may even think you have been sent the wrong size. Never fear, when you try the nappy on you will see that looks are deceiving and it should be a great fit. itti bitti nappies have a low rise to fit well under clothes made for disposables, a slim crotch for comfort and freedom of movement and are high cut at the front to ensure a great fit for cuddly or tiny legs.
All sizes have been thoroughly tested on a number of babies to ensure a good fit across the size range.
Small nappies will fit approx 3.5kg to approx 7.5kg; most newborns fit smalls within the first few weeks, if not from birth. Smalls should last for around 3-9 months depending on the build of your baby and are designed with a slightly wider crotch to help with containment.
Medium nappies will fit approx 6kg to 12kg depending on your babies build. Slim babies may fit for longer, depending whether you are happy with the rise. Bigger newborns may fit the mediums very early on - from as young as a few weeks - especially 4kg plus babies, so try your mediums on to see how they fit. Sometimes however when using the medium nappies on babies below the recommended weight range, the nappy may fit around the waist, but you may get gaping around the legs, this can be an indication your baby is still a little small for the medium size.
Large nappies should fit from approx 11kg to 17kg, again depending on your baby’s build they may fit for longer and cuddly babies are often able to fit from around 9kgs. Sometimes when using the large nappies on babies below the recommended weight range, the nappy may fit around the waist, but you may get gaping around the legs, this can be an indication your baby is still a little small for the large size.
itti bitti’s are low rise nappies, so if your baby is above 9kg and you prefer a higher rise, you may find the large a better fit.
Washing and Care
To assemble nappies with snap in boosters (Snap in AIO) match the coloured snaps of the boosters up with the coloured snaps of the outer ‘shell’, fold the rectangular booster along the fold lines and slip this booster underneath the fleece topped booster. Your nappy is then ready to use.
The outer ‘shell’ of the snap-in-one’s can be re-used if it is not soiled, with an extra set of boosters. Simply remove the wet boosters and snap in a new set.
Fabrics have been prewashed at least once to remove excess dyes (bamboo three times to help get your nappies to maximum absorbency), however we recommend dark nappies be washed separately for the first few washes.
Please do not hang the bitti d'lish with sewn in boosters by the flap booster, as this will put extra stress on the seam.
How many nappies do I need?
It depends on how often you wash and what type of nappies you want to use.
Bitti D'lish nappies are very quick drying, as all of the layers come apart to wash and dry - they are also very versatile, if you have extra boosters, you can wash at night, hang the outer shells to dry in the laundry or bathroom and they should be dry in the morning. Simply snap in your extra booster sets whilst waiting for the others to dry and if you wash daily, you could get away with as few as 6-10 nappies and 6-10 extra booster sets. If you washed every second day, you would need more like 8-10 nappies and 8-10 booster sets. This number could be reduced if you used extra booster sets in between washes - taking out the wet set of boosters and replacing it with a dry set. There is a lot of flexibility with this system, depending on what works best for you.
Washing daily: 6 Nappy sets and 6 booster sets Washing every two days: 8 Nappy sets and 8 booster sets
Washing every three days:10 Nappy sets and 10 booster sets.
